Throughout the fall, the Department of Education is inviting all Tennesseans to participate in public engagement opportunities on best practices for determining School Letter Grades, which will measure how the state’s K-12 schools are serving students and helping them succeed academically.
Tennesseans are invited to submit public comment on their top priorities for measuring a school’s academic success, and how the state should measure progress towards those priorities. Students may qualify for free and reduced lunch, but it is required that a free/ reduced application form be completed. Applications may be filled out online at schoolcafe.com/milanssd or a paper copies will be available at each of the schools. Only one application per family is needed.

Summer Feed will begin Monday, June 5th from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Meals (breakfast and lunch) are FREE to all children 18 and under. The drive thru pick up will take place at Milan Middle School Cafeteria. *Each pick up will include 7 days of meals.
Summer school begins Monday, May 22nd. Buses will run. Be ready between 7:10-7:30 am for morning pick up tomorrow. Monday afternoon dismissal will be at 3:30 pm. This is for MES and MMS.
