Milan Elementary fourth grade students will be able to participate in the C.H.E.F. Challenge, lead by Chef Ambassador, Keir Haley. They will have the opportunity to develop hands-on culinary skills while they learn to prepare a recipe for French dressing and Lemon Honey vinaigrette. This is funded by a USDA Farm to School grant through the Northwest TN Local Food Network.Each fourth grade class will have a chance to participate during their library/STEM class.
