Milan Special School District

Thanks to a USDA grant, a professional chef will join our school nutrition team roughly one week each month this year.
Rather than just cooking for us, the chef will work directly with our staff to create flavorful new recipes, host student taste tests, and teach culinary techniques—all within USDA nutrition guidelines. This partnership focuses on building our team's skills to keep serving nutritious meals students love.
